GENERAL
The productivity and efficiency of the filling lines is an essential factor for the success of
a production plant. The efficiency is not the least depending on the performance of the electronic conveyor control system. Faulty adjusted regulation system can result in breakdowns and downtimes which cause a considerable lost of productivity.
These down
times have to be compensated in cost-intensive additional production times
and
labour.
BBULL TECHNOLOGY as world-wide leader of processor-based conveyor regulation systems introduces with the new BULL ACU 4000 the new control system, which
combines the present ACU and “Glideliner” regulation concepts.

„ACU 4000“ VS PLC-BASED SOLUTION?
Basically two regulation concepts have to be distinguished - plc-based systems and “black-box” systems like the ACU 4000. Die obvious flexibility of the plc-based systems is indeed the advantage of the closed ACU systems.
